It takes a long time to charge and it does gets warm. On an empty battery, it took over 6.5 hours to charge

No idea what the box says but it didn’t charge my vacuum it said it was for. Plug was too small for the vacuum and didn’t charge it

At first I thought the charger did not work but turns out that if you have hair stuck the vacuum turns off. Charger works perfectly fine. Definitely recommend.

We lost the charger to our bissell pet vacuum during our move so I ordered this one (which was 1/3 the price of the original vacuum). It does not work. Doesn’t charge the vacuum and is just generally busted. I can’t find anywhere to return it so I’m stuck with an expensive, broken charger and a vacuum that doesn’t work.
