Got this apim for 2018 Ford F-250 to have gps added, the price was great no trip to dealer. Didn’t take long to get it. Install was not bad, watch a video helps a lot how to get to the apim. I needed tech support with some things they were very helpful and got it fixed in no time at all. Overall it was great I have nav now. Make sure you send vin # after paying for it good luck

The product APIM that I bought was extremely easy to install into the truck. Everything seem to work perfectly. Then I had a small problem. People could hear me talking on the phone when I called them but I could not hear them or Siri. I sent a message to the seller and they responded very promptly and professionally. they sent me an adapter and information so they can hook to my computer in the truck remotely. They made a few adjustments to the programming and had everything working perfectly. I worked with a gentleman named Charn who is a very competent person and amazing at his job. I recommend this product and the people at this company. It is rare that you find people these days that truly care about their customers. I give this product and the people behind it five stars.

So, this is a very good product but it was a fair bit of work to get there in the end. This was the cheapest one that still had free returns, so I tried it. Very glad I did, but going through the process to get ForScan to work with tech support (via text) took a day of back and forth or so. About 1 hour of actual work. Charn was very responsive via text but obviously in a different part of the world than me, so the time delay was ehh. Otherwise all was great.

Yes it does work. Been wanting nav. For my truck but wasnt willing to spent 1000$. Saw this for 500$ (half off). And went for it!

Dealership wanted $1k! Watched a few videos of how easy this is to do yourself. Took me maybe 30 minutes total. Now my sync works just fine, plus I have factory Navi. I didn’t pay for Navi when I bought my truck since it had apple car play, but found out I had the antenna so it was all plug and play. Literally removing the screws took the most time. Questions were answered promptly by the seller. Recommend 100%!

Very happy with my purchase, also very pleased with customer support due to my busy schedule it took a few days to get some needed programming done, but was able to do so with what was provided in the order and tech support. Thank you.

Plug and play, just as advertised. Cured my issues with blank screen, and long loading periods with no navigation. Got me fixed up! Took about 2.5 hrs to install.

The important thing to remember is to immediately text seller with your order number and vin number along with make and model number. Instalation was quick and easy. I didnt need to contact technical support.

These are a common problem with Ford. I ordered this because I needed a quick replacement before a road trip to have a unit with working navigation. It works ok but is starting to have the common problems with these. I can’t have my wife’s phone and my phone with Bluetooth on at the same time. Either it doesn’t connect to either or it connects to mine and plays music and at the same time constantly says unable to connect because there is no service. Pop up says I need to disconnect the usb but the USB’s work. I get in the truck connected to play music. Plays for about a minute and disconnects. I guess I just need to go with an aftermarket system.
