I replaced the batteries with a 3 volt transformer (wall wort) available at Amazon for $3.49. I have this on a plug that works with Alexa, so I can turn these off and on by voice control. Note that the bulbs glow through the plastic stars, so you do see the bulbs in the lit stars. And the switch on my set is touchy, it has to be wiggled just right to work. Since I wont be using it to turn the stars off and on, I wont worry about that, but I subtracted a point. Overall, Im happy. Theyre strung across the mantle on the fireplace, and add a patriotic glow. Im happy. And the lights always come on at the spot you set previously on the control, which is part of the battery pack. By adding the transformer, I dont have to fool with the switch each time I turn them on.

But but a lot of Batteries look real nice In side of you use them inside for windows or doors and turn them off the batteries last longer

Bought these for a camping trip and they were exactly what my campsite needed.

just got these and ordered 2 more. They are sturdy plastic, look great lit up and unlit they still make an attractive banner. great decor for all patriotic holidays. love them

Wish the wire was a bit longer but it worked and was perfect for our July 4th camping trip!

These lights were perfect for the Fourth and I like the timer feature.

I didn’t get a remote control, so boo on that. Also no timer either. They do the job well though
