Easy to install. Also versatile. I actually bought them primarily to anchor a baby gate to my wall. It did the trick! I will use the rest to anchor furniture to the wall as they were designed to be used for.

I was sceptical when I saw the supposed 132 lb load test that was done on plastic straps - and my point was proven when I tested it for load after installing it. I am not a body builder, and I was able to break it after trying showing my son how secure his furniture is in his room. With a red face I ended up replacing it with another unit in the box. In addition, the drywall plugs provided will not even withstand 5 lb of load. I ended up replacing that with 75 lb drywall plugs from Home Depot, which did the trick. However, it still didn’t help the plastic straps from breaking a fairly small amount of pull. It may be not a bad product but by no means was it “rigorously tested endures 132 lbf vertical pull” and “scientific and safe”. Next time I will rather stick with proper science and go for the metal / steel products.

I like the removable and reusable plastic ties. They look very strong, as well as the holders. If you are mounting directly into wood then the screws provided are fine. If you have to mount in wallboard, be careful. The plastic anchors and screws just arent paired properly. They never get tight and I would be afraid that the anchor would pull out if the furniture tumbled over. Luckily, I had a good supply of anchors and screws to complete the installation. I am very satisfied with the finished product, even though I had to supply half of the hardware. The straps are not visible, and are not too difficult to undo if needed. The manufacturer says the straps need to be replaced every 2 years.

This kit is very easy to install and very sturdy. So much easier than the the cloth belts we had used in the past.

These furniture straps are great, easy to install and easy to remove if you needed to. They use a zip tie like strap that can unlatch to move the furniture for cleaning, or rearranging. I would buy them again if needed.

Easy to install when using power tools. I would recommend using better wall anchors.

My wife and I have slowly been child proofing our house and recently bought a taller piece that houses our cable box and equipment, it looks like a book case. Anyway so with the piece being top heavy the last thing we want is it to come crashing down on our kids, especially when kids have a tendency to mess thing anything and everything. I saw the reviews on these and decided to purchase them. I installed one on each side of the piece , towards the top. I did this right before Christmas. Install was easy enough, fast forward to 1/12/20 and I just happened to look behind the piece and noticed the plastic piece that holds this safety device together had snapped. It appears there is a weakness on the plastic part that holds the zip tie. It’s only held by 4 parts where the plastic is mated and is weakened by the vertical and horizontal holes for the zip tie. Luckily I looked this could have been a disaster! This has caused me to lose some confidence in the product. As I said I have two attached so another lucky thing is the other was still attached. In conclusion, I would recommend when using this product that you do not over tighten the zip ties and leave a bit of slack, I installed a new plastic part and hope this one holds or I’ll be moving on to a different safety device to keep it from tipping. They should have made the plastic piece that holds each zip tie a bit better and stronger. I would not buy again. Also of note my children are 1 and 3 and did not climb or shake and the piece does not weigh more than 50 lbs maybe 60 with and including everything in it.
