I purchased this pack of four smartplugs in Nov 2022. One of the plugs stopped working in January 2023. It will not regain connection to the WIFI, the app or Alexa. Ive emailed G-Homas Customer Service twice and theres been no response. Supposedly theres a one year limited warranty but thats worthless if their Customer Service will not respond to your emails.

These are easy to setup and use. I have them setup on my phone for my laser so I can turn my laser and fan on and off at the same time easily. I am going to put one on our Smart TV also so when I need to do a power cycle, I will not need to crawl up under the stand that is in front of the plug.

These are not smart plugs,if you cant add a timer/schedule while creating it in a group! I can only add a timer/schedule by its own. Not smart at all! DISAPPOINTED!!

All of them are broken within three months. It’s wasting money and time to install them!

I think Im outside my window for returning: This purchase seemed pretty good- value wise; but now some devices stopped responding, and are making noises that is disturbing us to the point Ive been disconnecting them as they fail one by one.

Ive tried everything to figure out the issue but all it does is click. Meaning the relay inside is just going crazy without connecting to a network half the time while it turns itself on and off on its own the other half. If I could return I would. These are junk, I dont recommend then.

Simple just plug into socket number and click that number to turn on or off. Love the two clicker work in any rm. I can turn on bedroom light with the living room clicker. I live alone and just a click and I have light. I tried the alexa connection ones but sent it back could figure out to complicate plus a click is quicker than say “alexa turn on bedroom light. A good buy I love mine

I spent an hour trying to get them to connect something Alexa or the iPhone, and I couldn’t do it would not buy again return them
