Garmin 010-02064-00 Instinct, Rugged Outdoor Watch with GPS, Features Glonass and Galileo, Heart Rate Monitoring and 3-Axis Compass, Graphite

This is a very nice watch. It has many, many features including A, B, Cs. SO important if you are a hiker! Its fairly easy to use once you get used to it. The size is a bit large for a woman but, not obtrusive. I actually liked the size. Its INCREDIBLY durable. It keeps a charge for a long time. Just be sure it is fully charged if you are going to use any advanced GPS features. If you are going for a long hike, you will want to carry a portable charger. The ONLY thing about this watch that is not acceptable is the GPS. It is not reliably accurate. If you want a REALLY reliable GPS, you will need to pay for it. If, however, total accuracy is not that important, this is a GREAT watch!

Very durable and is not terribly difficult to use.Best watch i have ever owned and the phone app is rediculously accurate.I am not being paid for this review i am simply amased at all it does.Well worth the price.

Its really light, super rugged, has an always on display, and lasted me 2 weeks on a single charge. Im glad it doesnt have a touch screen or color display. All I need it to do is count my steps, show me messages from my phone, and endure my line of work as a carpenter. It checks all of those boxes and lasts days doing it.

Lapplication Garmin est géniale. Pour la montre, cela fait 3 mois que je lutilise. Elle a été utilisée dans leau, lors de rénovations et dans les sports. Elle est vraiment robuste et étanche même lorsque lon active les boutons sous leau. Je lutilise en kayak, nage, SUP, vélo, course et randonnée. Les données sont bonnes, mais pas hyper précise pour le GPS (des fois on est placé au centre de la route ou dans la forêt lorsque lon regarde le trajet en vélo, je dirais un 3 mètres décart, bref très convenable pour le prix). La batterie dure très longtemps (10-12 jours sans GPS et notification du téléphone) et même en mode gps (plus de 8 heures). Je la recommande pour le prix, la robustesse, létanchéité et la durée de la batterie.

This watch is terribly inaccurate. Lets start with heart rate. On weighted HIIT sessions, it seems to be correct. On runs, never. I hold my hand over my head just to get it going but halfway through and it shows 84 when Im huffing and puffing three miles in.

Many might consider the loss of a touchscreen a downgrade, especially on a smart watch, but I found it much more convenient than the Fitbit. Especially when wearing in the shower or swimming. If the touch screen ever got wet on the Fitbit, the screen would act funny or completely lock up but this is much better to use with buttons. Not to mention the great GPS tracking and improved battery life. While the watch faces are limited, the customization options make it hard to find that an issue. The menu tree is a little tricky to figure out at first, but it doesnt take long to get used to. The app is the same way, a little tricky to use in the beginning but it grows on you very quickly.
