Garmin 010-12563-00 Mount, Edge, Modular Flush

Easy fit and it holds the larger Garmin computer securely with no fear of it coming loose or the mount breaking which seems to be a major issue with the cheaper mounts on the internet. I don’t want any flimsy mount holding my expensive computer and breaking and throwing it on the ground at speed. No worries with this one, built well and still light.

Nice quality but I was looking for an out-front mount with large extension. It was advertised as 17.8 cm in length but it was more like 13.8 cm. I will probably return it.

Works fine and fairly easy to install, but some simple written instructions would have been nice. Seems to be well built and durable.

It mounted on the bars easily. It stayed fixed on one position and doesnt start to move on a longer ride. The 1030 is longer than most the bike computers but this mount accommodates it with a little room to spare. I bought another one for my other bike already.

This is designed to use with the Garmin Edge 1030 and the battery pack. It works great. But you can also use it with the Edge 1000 together with the battery pack. They do not interface through the mount. You connect the two using with supplied charging cable.

To look at a bike computer mounted on the stem a rider needs to look straight down. Eyes off the road. This mount gets the unit out front where it is faster and safer to check.

Must have if you plan on using the extended battery while riding
