So long as it doesn’t rain this item is great otherwise stay clear it is not waterproof. The plastic cover does little to keep the rain out. I emptied a third a cup of water out of it after the first rain we had.

This was half the price as the two different RV dealerships that we looked at. Such a great value.

Easy to use, just plug in, verify current condition based on color codes on unit and if all is good (green) its OK to plug in your cord. Only issue is that our cord handle does not allow the cover to close, so its not really weather proof, as advertised, but still keeps some of the rain off, as we found out the first night we tried it out.

Currently I have this plugged in my camper to keep the batteries charged over the winter. But when I plugged it in it was showing that the wiring was correct, and my AC lights inside worked. I wont have my camper at the campground under load until the spring to give it a true test. But so far this seems to be working and doing its job.

Cant wait to use this surge protector when we go camping next. Appears to be made of sturdy material.

Price and protection, very easy to use

You never know what a campsite power surge can destroy until it actually happens. This great surge protector is so easy to use, holds up to use and weather and is easy to store! Wouldn’t plug in to anything without it!
