I bought this computer because I needed an at home office setup. I occasionally work from home. I used it to make outbound and field inbound calls all while navigating multiple software. Also, Ive used it to edit 1080p videos as well stream various forms of content. I never have long load times or any sort of buffering. I would highly recommend Geekom for most application. *Two thumbs up!*

Great from factor here. Vesa mounting is possible which is great if you want to mount the PC. We are using the PC for our children. They web browse, use office, and do school work. It will even play Roblox, but this is by no means a gaming PC.

This is a great powerful mini-PC that is great for everything. It is small, quiet, and very powerful. Bought 2 of them, 1 for myself as I run it for my daily PC needs and one for my son who uses if for school, gaming, and everyday use. Never has any issues. Small enough foot print for any desk, you dont even know it is there and it is extremely quiet. I have no issues and works better then any other PC I have ever had.

Bought 2 of these; very nice! second one I mounted with the included VESA mount plate on the back of my monitor. Dont know if its coupling of the box to the monitors backside, or the way the fan is oriented when hanging on its side, but the fan is annoying. If I just set it on the desk, its much better. Plus,hanginng on the VESA makes it difficult to access stuff like the SD card slot. Came down $100 between purchases. Works great, but I still hate W11

I was looking for a mini computer. When I saw the characteristics of this one (PC, Linux, Mac), the possibility to upgrade it, automatically I bought it. There are so many things to discover about this camera in order to better master it. So far I really like it for its quality-price. I really encourage you to buy it, you wont regret it

Not sure why but the fan seems pretty loud for some reason. Other than that not much to complain about so far.

There have been lots of customer reviews of the actual product, so Im going to review the Customer Service from Geekom. I did have an issue with my Geekom IT8 after three months of ownership. I contacted their Customer Service via e-mail and had a response within 24 hours. There were a couple more follow up e-mails with questions and answers, etc. and in the end my issue was fully resolved. I would not hesitate to recommend this product and follow up service.
