Did not fit the connectors in my system

product arrived as described and in time frame expected. Its a back up battery for an alarm system. It tested fine and seems to have charged within a reasonable amount of time after installation. All appears to be fine with this purchase. We wont know until the power goes out and is down for 24 hours if the claims made by the seller are true, but based upon what I have seen so far, I suspect that they are legit.

Good replacement part

We moved into a new house with an existing security system and the tablet kept chirping at us that the battery was low. These batteries are almost impossible to find at Lowes and Home Depot so I was super glad I found it on Amazon! Super easy to install and the machine stopped yelling at us.

Just be careful you buy the correct one. The batteries are identical but have different connection wire lenghts

Fit just like the old battery

Bought this battery pack as a replacement for the battery pack in my alarm panel. This was suggested by technical support at my alarm company, in lieu of a $59 visit to install new battery pack. It just snapped in & was very easy to do.

Received the battery, plugged it in and it was dead. Figured, maybe it would charge while on grid power. Nope security panel still showing dead battery. Im glad it wasnt too expensive will need to find a supplier who will actually send a good battery.
