> 3 dayThis hydration pack is the perfect size for a half day of mountain biking. It holds enough water to keep me hydrated over 10 or so miles of intermediate trails. I also have room for a few energy bars, a basic first aid kit and small tool kit. It is light and small enough that I do not notice it on my back. All of the stitching is done correctly and nothing is crooked or fraying. The waist and chest straps adjust enough to fit around my average frame, but the waist strap might not be big enough for someone with a gut. I have a size 32 waist and there is about 5 more inches of adjustment left. The hydration bladder is high quality and leak free. Its easy to fill and the bite valve and cover function well. There are straps inside the bag to hold the bladder up, but I have had no issues without using them. The bladder pocket is insulated and tight enough to keep the bladder upright on its own. If you need more storage space you can add any molle compatible pouches to the outside of the pack.

Greater than one weekEverything else was great but you need a 28 in waist to buckle it.
