Really helps out and gets the cramps away!

Very nice heating pad. The cover is very soft and thin. There are 3 different heating options. Very simple and easy to use. The cord is very long which i thought was nice because i could sit in diffrent places that werent so close to an outlet.

This heating pad is good, but it does have flaws. The temperature is messed up and is not consistent whatsoever. Sometimes when it’s on low it feels like it’s on high & sometimes when it’s on high it feels like it’s on low or not even on.

This heating pad is inconsistent with the heat. Sometimes high is hot and sometimes its not. When its not I simply turn it off and start again. I wish it was consistent.

I bought this about a year and a half ago. Its a great size, super soft, and worked great until it didnt. Now when I turn it on it briefly gets super hot, even on the lowest setting, and then it stops producing heat, all the lights start blinking simultaneously, and the buttons stop working. Im super bummed!

This heating pad is so very soft. Very comfortable and heats well. I would recommend it to anyone.

It can mold into any form you need for different parts of your body, and heats up fast!

There are a lot of heating pads on Amazon. This one works great, what sets it apart is the seller. I contacted them several months after purchase with an issue. They responded quickly and the issue was resolved in a matter of days! If youre having trouble deciding which one to get, go with this one for the seller alone.

Overall this is doing exactly what I needed it for which was for back pain. My only issue is that I bought a plug for my car tp be able to bring things like this for back pain and cramps. When I plugged it in, it kept blinking red. I tried to find out why, but it seems there was not a real reason for it. If it had worked in the cat, I would have give 5 stars. The plug for my car has worked on other items with no issues.

I love this pad and everything about it: the size, the temperature control that has automatic shut off after 2 hours, and the massage balls which can operate with or without the heat. Cons: massage balls are too big which makes the massage uncomfortable. Don’t think it is washable.
