Genuine E3D Hardened Steel Nozzle V6 (1.75mm) 0.40mm (V6-NOZZLE-HS-175-400)

I was getting subpar prints because I was using cheaper copper nozzles that are ten bucks for like 20 of them. Just get this one. Prints improved 100% from first use. Cant wait to break out the glow filament!

I have a Prusa MK3 and decided to grab a steel nozzle for more abrasive filaments. So far this steel nozzle has been working great. It was a quick install from my .4 brass stock nozzle. But ive had no issue with extrusion or clogging at all. The only issue ive had was operating temps. I have to go up as much as 20c to get this to print as well as my brass one. But other than that, its been a great nozzle. I highly recommend it for your E3D hotend.

I can swap a nozzle in less than 30 seconds. Ive never had a new brass nozzle wear out mid-print with carbon fibre. I dont know anyone who has. Yes, brass wears out... eventually. So will hardened steel...eventually. I can buy 24 brass .4mm nozzles for $8, delivered tomorrow. Thats 34 cents a piece. The cheapest decent hardened steel runs $23. Ergo, 74 brass nozzles for 1 steel. Stick with brass, and I dont have to worry about temp variations or anything, really. So, why bother? Out.

Had to change the nozzle out on my Prusa printer, fast delivery cut my down time and is working great.

Great tip. Im using it in my Prusa Mk3. Dont forget to increase the heat a little bit when printing PetG with it.

Good product with the quality I expected. I just wish it was a little cheaper in cost. However I expect it to last a long while.

Purchased Genuine E3D Hardened Steel nozzle for printing exotic materials. Nozzle is made of high quality hardened steel which lasts indefinitely longer than softer nozzels. Highly recommended for anyone printing exotic materials like carbon fiber composite filament!!!

Works great, no issues so far, seems to have withstood some abuse and clogs.

I used to go through copper nozzles like mad. This hardened steel nozzle might be more pricey, but I havent had to worry about it as a point of failure since installing it. Highly recommended, especially if youre printing composites and carbon fiber materials.

Works great and I have been using it for about a month with no issues. Would buy another.
