The AC adapter works perfectly so far, appears to be identical to the original. The original lasted 5 years, no way to know about this one.

Ordered this charger for one of our laptops and got a message right away saying it was not recognized and wouldnt charge the laptop. Tried to use it on an Inspiron 7706 and Vostro 7590 and got the same message on both. Returned it thinking it may have been defective and the second one acted the same way. Comparing this charger to an OEM ordered from Dells website the font and lettering are a little off so I believe these are non-geniune chargers.

...the neighbor was nice and brought it to my house. This is exactly like the original! I needed an extra charger for use in a different part of the house or for work travel.

The power supply connector does not properly fit. We still have to hold it in place to get a good charge on the lap top... WTF Its says Dell and doesnt fit properly... Dont waste your money on this one.

Always had problems with the power cord that came with my Dell originally. I bought this after the old cord began to fray. This one is perfect. It fits in the computer better than the one that came with the laptop. Not easy to find one specific to my laptop so glad to find one at a good price.

This was delivered very fast. I was very pleased that it was a brand-new original Dell power supply in the original box. I tested it with my Dell Optiplex 7060 Micro Form Factor computer and it worked perfectly. It even included an adapter cable that would allow it to be used with a Dell Laptop. I havent tested this function with a laptop, but the adapter fit into a Dell Latitude that I have.
