I had an error message on my Dell computer that said the wattage from the power adapter could not be determined. As a result, computer performance was throttled. Cheaper, aftermarket power adapters did not solve the problem, but this did; and it was still much cheaper than going through Dell.

The old power adapter was fitting loose in the laptop causing the battery to run down. This new unit fits tight. Problem solved.

Fit my Inspiron 7000 17” touch screen 2019 model. The picture was very helpful in determining if this was the correct replacement for mine. So many chargers, so much confusion on models.

Always had problems with the power cord that came with my Dell originally. I bought this after the old cord began to fray. This one is perfect. It fits in the computer better than the one that came with the laptop. Not easy to find one specific to my laptop so glad to find one at a good price.

Good price. We did have to trim some plastic up from the plug to get it to seat and connect properly.

My items came faulty and did NOT work. Due to COVID - I was not able to get to my office to test it out. I would like to return for a new one. Yet today, no one has bothered to get back to me. Vicki
