Tried everything and couldn’t set up the sockets. You have to download their app (which I don’t like) but I did because I really wanted these to work to control my Christmas lights. No matter what I did I couldn’t get them to link up with the app, my wifi and Alexa. Nothing worked. I am disappointed. It did not work seamlessly for me and I will opt for a brand that doesn’t need another app to work and one that will integrate easy with Alexa.

Yes they do what they say i guess my biggest gripe is the App. Not very user friendly. I am sticking with the major brands I did return these for a refund.

Easy to pair and use with Alexa. A great convenience product for sure.

This my second purchase of these they are easy to set up and are great for turning on lamps and devices when not at home.

Learned after I bought it doesn’t work on 5g wifo, which is apparently what I have. Totally useless to me

These look identical to other smart plugs I’ve purchased that work with my eero mesh WiFi system, but they will not connect through either the app in their instructions or SmartLife. The app that the instructions say to download is nothing more than an IFFF type application, offer no means to pair the outlet. Waste of time and money. Returning.

This is the second time ordering these wifi plugs. It worked perfectly with Alexa.

Wouldn’t connect to Wi-Fi or it’s app let alone Alexa

As soon as the power goes out, they’re a pain to get the back to working properly. You basically have to delete them and reconnect to get them to work and for Alexa to connect to them.

These things turn any device that plugs into the wall into a smart device! I can turn on my fan, tv, lights, whatever without getting up anymore. Life is good.
