I returned it because apparently have to split your Wi-Fi or some thing because this thing only functions on the 2G network. So it was definitely not an easy thing to set up. More difficult than I would’ve liked so I gave up.

Wont work if your wifi is 5g, completely useless as well as a couple other products Ive bought lately. Most people have 5g now, please do something to fix this

pros: I love gosung, there wifi plugs are easy to connect and use. My personal use is for electric control to save money when Im away from home. Cons: only problem I have had was when the power goes out, I have to re sync a few of them.

Bought two sets (8 plugs) six connected right away but two malfunctioned. The two continuously.turn off and on. Check wifi, placed in different places but the two just keep malfunctioning. Very disappointed.

I have another set of smart plugs that work with the Gosund app, and for whatever reason, this plugs interface is not as clear. The other plugs have a button that says schedule (ex - turn on at 6p, turn off at 10p), whereas this ones schedule is through the timer button.

I got these to Alexa-mate my Christmas lights. Set up 3 to control the exterior lights, (theyre in a waterproof exterior outlet box). Following the included instructions, I had all 4 paired up with the app, and connected to Alexa within 10 minutes. Using Alexa to control the routines, as she already does others in the house. Set it up yesterday and it worked flawlessly last night. One in reserve for the tree!

Use these for lights in family & living room.

The idea of these is great. I work from home and intend to use one on my office computer so that I can power cycle it for those rare occassions when it becomes inaccessable. 1 of the 4 I received will not power up. Its built-in LED never lights up. Im torn between sending all 4 back unless perhaps the seller will replace just the 1 bad one. A little disappointing. But the ones that work are great.
