Gillette3 Mens Razor Blades by Gillette, 20 Blade Refills

I used these in the past but have always upgraded to the newer models of razor. So I started to think are the new ones that much better or am I just buying into the marketing hype? I never remembered having a problem with these older razors so why not give them a try? I now shave my head as well as my face and was using the mach 5 fusion. First I did my face. It did a good job on my face although I will say it seemed there was more friction than the mach 5.that alone could be subjective, just afeeling. What I cant deny is there was a different sound as well, I could literally hear the friction. Then I went to my head. There was a major difference here. Possibly the scalp is more sensitive but it was not comfortable. The sound of friction was so pronounced I knew it was different. It was like how a mach 5 felt when it was dull. My head felt irritated when I was done. I went back to the mach 5 for the head. I can make these work on my face. Since most men probably only use it for the face that might be good enough. If you have used this model and they work well I think Id save some money and keep using them. If you have sensitive skin you should be OK but I might buy a handle with a couple heads and make sure they work for you, especially if your changing to this model or downgrading. For my head Im sticking to the mach 5 because my head just is too sensitive. I was sort of surprised that theres really that much of a difference between the more modern razors. I have to rate these a 3 just because I cant use them for my head. I assume its a skin sensitivity issue with my scalp but that also makes me think people with sensitive skin might like another model more.

These razor blades are very sharp and are good for a comfortable shave. If you shave almost daily, on eblade can last for a few weeks.

I try to avoid needless plastic and bought these specifically because they were depicted as being packaged more sustainable than when you get in the store. NOPE, It came as depicted in a huge pile of plastic with more plastic inside. If youre reading this you probably already use Gillette 3s and know they work fine. Im just pissed!

These are great razor replacements for the Gillette 3, but you need to have the handle first. Priced decently and do a great job.

Nothing special. Same as described. I wouldnt recommend this for sensitive skin users.

Ive used tons of blades over the years and I have to say that these are some of my favorites. I have not been a fan of the more pricey 5 blade razors and have found that the triple blade razor seems to give me the most of what I am looking for, at a price that I like. These bulk razors give about as good a price discount as you are going to get for a premium blade, and even though they are more expensive than Id like they give a satisfying shave. I have used them when shaving every day, and I have used them after taking a 2, 3, or 4 day break between shaves. I have found that some razors struggle with the longer shaves, even when they excel at daily use. These razors seemed to do just as well with both. I had no problems with the blades and I seemed to be able to use them for at least a week before any degradation in performance was noticed. I like these and will buy more of them when I run out. Recommended.

Havent tried these blades yet. I am hoping they fit my Mach 3.

Gillete quality. They last a long time, they are good for sensitive skin. No razor burns.
