Tied of using drawstring plastic bags? The string breaks or is tied so tight that it must be cut rendering the bag useless for re-use or a tightly closed trash bag. I found Glads Handle Tie bags years ago. My big green waste container stays clean and spillage or wind caused scattering of trash is eliminated. Lately I havent be able to find these bags at our local stores, so, of course, I went to Amazon! I ordered a pack of 4. They were ordered, shipped and at my door in a week! Im on the automatic re-order list. Another bothersome detail bites the dust! Thank you Glad and Amazon!! Glad also used to make the large black Handle Tie yard bags...havent found the, yet.

Cant go wrong with these bags. I hate the ones that have the pull-string as they always break on me. These are quick and easy tie and youre done.

These are the best kitchen/tall trash bags on the market. They are made of heavy enough plastic that they are sturdy. The handles are great to pull the bag up/out and then tie to secure the trash inside. They are SO much better than the drawstring bags. If you havent tried these, you SHOULD!!!

I love these Glad Tall Kitchen trash bags. They are a bit taller so you can tie the handles to close the bag. I like the thickness and durability of the plastic. I havent had a leak yet and have been using this brand and type for a few years. Each box holds 50 bags and I always reorder when that 3rd box is half empty.

I had been having trouble finding these bags in the stores. If you use them once you will be hooked. The handles are longer than most and hang over the edge of the waste basket. You will not have trouble with things falling out when you empty since they are longer that the height of the basket. Not many people would order a case of trash bags, but if you give them a try you might.

These bags with handles built into the bag are so great. They are wonderful and so strong and you can tie them up tight. Cannot stand other bags with separate ties in the tops which rip and fall apart. I will always buy these!!!!

Lets start with the price issue: I purchased this product from Amazon for $32.11 for a case of four (200 bags), with no taxes and with free delivery. I was very happy with the price, given the convenience of having the item delivered to my home. Since pricing has changed since then, you may be well advised to research the going rate for these bags in your area, before making the decision to buy. Regarding the product itself: I had been using the drawstring trashbag variety exclusively, before trying out Glad Handle Tie. I had two concerns: 1) would the volume of trash the bag can hold be affected by the location of the handles? 2) would the handles allow for as good trash containment as the drawstrings do? Answers: 1) After a side by side comparison, there is no volume difference; 2) Actually, the handles are MUCH stronger then the strings (which would sometimes snap); handles are an improvement over strings; Unexpected upside: When cleaning the house and carrying the bag with me I am now able to hang it conveniently on door knobs, drawers and doors. This makes it easier to place trash inside (the strings were not as strong and required that the bag be placed directly on the floor, which would frequently lead to spilleage). Once again: two thumbs up to the product. But be weary of the price!

I love these :-) they are very strong and Im happy that they fit my garbage can perfectly so they can be easily lifted out tied up and taken to the outside trash. (You know sometimes trash bags fit your garbage can so tight that they rip when you go to take them out) I got the box of 200 so Im sure these will last me the rest of the year and I will definitely be getting more when I run out :-)
