Google Earth Live Case for Pixel 2 XL - River

The case is really nice looking. One thing though...its kind of slippery to hold onto. Other than that, really, really nice.

I loved this case for look and fit and feel, but after less than a year, the design is flaking off all the edges and when I dropped it last week, it broke! Plus, the matching screen backgrounds are a mean joke. You cant choose the matching graphic and keep it. It changes every day and most of the pics in the collection clash violently with the phone case.

Case looks super cool. Just spot on for appearance. However case itself is cheap. It is a 2 piece case, rubber sleeve and thin hard case over top of it to keep the bulk down to a minimum. Feels very thin and lightweight in hand, which is great. But the hard case itself is flimsy. Probably wont break it unless youre really rough with your phone however. This is a standard case you could get printed anywhere. Nothing special in design or quality of materials. Just a standard case with standard $7-$10 quality that Google slapped its name and images on to sell for $40-$50. Got this one on sale for around $25 which makes it better, but still overpriced. If youre going to spend this price on a case at least get a good one. UPDATE: Pattern on case is just printed on. Most of the print on the edges and corners have flaked off of the case. Can easily scratch it off with my finger nail now.

Beautiful case, just dont drop your Pixel 2 XL!! I dont feel its as protective as the OtterBox Defender.

Love this Google case. Totally protects my phone and it is beautiful.

I had this case for 3 months, my phone is still pristine. I am clumsy and have dropped my phone a few times. If you just need to protect or phone from the occasional tumble this case is for you. If you work outside or have bad luck with breaking your phone. I suggest a stronger case.

This thing fits like a glove, easily the best fitting case Ive had for a phone! The texture is smooth but just rough enough that its tough to drop - I had it in my open hand and tilted it to almost a 60 degree angle before it even thought about moving! Nice lip around the screen, too. The app is a nice bonus, Ive been enjoying exploring different places.
