Works really good, really nice pictures and performance

Would not buy this phone again. Too many updates. Changes weekly!! Things I have turned off automatically gets turned on ie location history etc..I do not use face recognition. Fingerprint works okay but annoying having to do it. Battery life is good but I dont use a lot on my phone. It does work with straight talk you just have to change the card that comes with it.

I feel bad writing this because it is nothing to do with the seller as this is a known issue of the phone as I have since learned. This model has a horribly annoying problem where when any audio is playing, the phone vibrates! Any volume, doesnt matter, your phone will be vibrating from the sound. Its dreadful.

I was really disappointed with the Pixel 3. I had the Pixel XL which I had till it died after4 years and virtually no problems. The Pixel 3 had a terrible screen format. The worst part was after approximately 3 months I started missing phone calls so I tried all the reset phone and sound settings. The phone would ring once then go silent. Going to the Google assistant was a joke. Evidently its a software problem from the last update. Luckily I was still in the time frame to return it which I did. Google was impressive when it first came out but seems to have gone downhill.

Update-- This seller is still useless! But I will say after persistence and far too many hours dealing with this Amazon customer service truly stepped up and resolved the frustration of this purchase! Mary Rose was an absolute dream to deal with and made an extremely frustrating situation more tolerable! Save yourself the hassle! Bought a Christmas gifts. Loved them for a few weeks and bam nothing works!

This phone is NOT UNLOCKED as is advertised.....Unless T-Mobile is the only company in the world now. Seems to work well and comes with all google apps you ever saw or didnt, but it is a t-mobile phone. Im calling yoday to see if T-Mobile will unlock it and if not Ill be returning it as I dont appreciate being blatantly lied to by Amazon, and if they say they didnt know they should. I knew not to deal with them anymore when I bought their completely useless piece of junk tablet. For sure learned my lesson this time.

First of all, this phone was not unlocked. First phone ever that I needed to request to be unlocked and wait for whether or not Im approved . Second, when I was approved.. It would NOT recognize my SIM card at all. I tried everything, from clearing cache, to rebooting. Third, there was a system update that screwed everything up.. Phone kept freezing up along with Google services not working. The last solution I could think of was to factory reset the phone and start over, thinking it would resolve the issues. Instead, it continued to freeze and refuse to connect to my SIM card.. I really wasted money on this and Im so frustrated and drained.

Found this replacement, never looking back.
