Much needed upgrade

I ordered this ram for my Alienware m15 r3 and was looking for a good deal. Due to a worldwide RAM shortage, these prices are pretty inflated (across the whole sector) and I had to settle for this memory. The speed isnt great, but the size is nice.

Worked well on my Dell XPS 15. Upgraded it from 16G to 32G. No issues at all.

Just picked up an ASUS TUF laptop and 8GB of RAM was a bottleneck for gaming. Dropped this in, no issue or POST problems. Booted and off and running.

Snapped right in. Had to reseat one due to user error. Working well so far 2 months into the purchase.

Installed in Brix i7 8550 ... no issues after some weeks of running on Linux, Windows or OSX.

I have had great results with G.Skill Ripjaws modules in the past and this kit really tried for me. Unfortnately my laptop bios will not run ram with tighter than CL17 timings and remain stable. These G.Skill SoDIMMs have CL16 timings so keep that in mind when purchasing. Seller made return quick and easy.

I had my manager order this for my work computer. For whatever reason our IT service company (if you want to call them that) thought it would be a good idea to order a $1000+ laptop with only 8GB of RAM. We run memory intensive programs, and they know that. Unfortunately the one factory stick was installed under the keyboard so I had to perform surgery to remove that stick, and installed the two RIPJAWS sticks in the two easily accessible slots on the bottom. What a difference it made, no more crashing!
