Gutermann White 1000mtr/1094yd Sew-All Polyester Thread, 5.5x4x4 cm

Color is advertised as being white but it’s not white. Instead it has a light lavender hue. So if you are looking for white look elsewhere.

as (in retrospect, other reviewers also called them on ) this is not basic White (#800) as listed and also as visible in pic , it is instead nu-white (#20 , which has a slight violet hue)

This is the best thread you can buy. Your sewing machine will love you for it.

Good thread. Required by my machine maker. Price good.

If you like your thread to catch, bunch, and break, then go for it. This is the worst thread ever, super thin. Constantly breaks. And it isnt a true white. Its a light purple. Terrible. So frustrating.

Bought this for my wife; Gutermann is the only brand of sewing machine thread that she uses.

Gutterman thread is a high quality thread. I ordered White but received Nu White, which has a purple cast to it. Very irritated as I waited a bit for it.

My sewing instructor recommended this brand, Gutermann and I use it on several projects. It durable, and works great! I am glad this seller made it available on Amazon, it makes it easier to find.

Its kind of pricey, but well worth it.
