This massage gun has been very useful for me. I run 30-40 miles a week, and always have some kind of ache in my legs. It could be my calf, my hamstring, quads, gluts, etc... I would first do my foam rolling which helps me identify sore points in my legs. Then I would use this massage gun to loosen these points. It has been very helpful for recovery and has definitely helped improved my running.
