Fast pressure build-up, good pressure output, easy to fill, and use of attachments. The amount of water to steam could be improved; it only lasts approximately 10mins before needing to be refilled. The refill funnel is a great asset but could be improved by being made of stainless steel, instead of plastic. When refilling the reservoir, the threads are still quite hot and can melt the plastic if done too quickly, or left in place too long. Overall, the steamer works as stated and gets through calcium buildup, and has a concentrated steam burst that is great for getting debris from in between or under surfaces that meet together like toilet seat joints. Highly recommend.

I wish I had before and after pictures of my bathrooms and kitchen. I moved in with a man (ew) that previously had his apartment destroyed by his roommates cats. Everything stain that was left is now gone. Hard water stains came up, gross black crap from the roommates bathroom came up. Everything. My baseboards are immaculate. Honestly this is such a great item to have for deep cleaning especially if you hate cleaning. Genuinely makes cleaning more fun with the immediate results.

I’ve never used one of these before, but I’m glad I bought this one. The steam lasts a really long time and it’s very easy to use. Also, it comes with an extra long power cable. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is that portable steamers in general don’t do the best job on cleaning carpet stains. Otherwise it’s perfect.

I like it for small projects. I like the ease of cleaning my storm window tracks and the kitchen sink, etc. I wouldnt use it for larger projects because of holding onto the machine part. It gets heavy for me since I am older and losing strength. Overall, it works wonders.

Product was fine and worked well

I bought this to steam clean an old couch. It wasnt exactly what I was expecting but it seemed to do job without difficulty. I am now finding multiple uses and projects that it will work for. I havent used it a whole lot just yet, but am pleased with the results I have had.

I like that there are a variety of uses, and doesnt take long to heat up. I like that I can steam the wrinkles out of my clothes and dont have to pull out an ironing board.

If you plan on cleaning your shower, take a stool to sit on because the action of this steam cleaner is tedious. And it doesn’t work on hard water stains. For lesser jobs, works great.

This machine was my new favorite toy. It cleaned everything and, was easy to use. However, the tools included to accurately measure water aren’t specified. Per the directions, the machine can hold up to 450ml but it’s suggesting only put a min of 250 Ml (pics attached) so simple math is needed. After carefully following the directions, dumping out all the residual water left after each use (again for accuracy) and after 2 uses….it drips everywhere and is no longer of use. Guess I’ll stick with Bessel. You get what you pay for.

Wish the switch wasn’t needed to be held down for so long. Not what I expected, but better than I expected.
