I have tried three diff erent surfaces nothing was cleaned

I ended up returning this steamer. Way too many parts and it didn’t work like the video.

Sadly, the brass nozzle immediately fell out if the bendable nozzle while trying to use it. Everything else is working properly, but the bendable hose is unusable. Im really hoping I can get sent a replacement flexible nozzle as its what I wanted the most from the product. Id love to rate this 5 stars, but the flexible nozzle issue prevents me currently from doing so.

How did I ever live without this multipurpose took! It works great cleaning soap scum, sanitizing bathrooms, kitchen sinks, cleans windows and mirrors as well as releases wrinkles in my clothes! My favorite new appliance!

I bought this to deep clean our shower. It didnt do what it needed there because there is a different issue. It did do a better job at cleaning the sink. I love the feature for steaming drapes. The little cloth for over the steamer is not needed for drapes. It just collects the hot water and makes it run down the fabric. To refill it takes a little longer than a typical floor rolling system because its under pressure. Its not too heavy but if doing the same repetitive motion and have issues with your arms like me the break with the wait is a blessing. All in all I love it. Will be taking it with me to southern IL in October to steam my future SILs wedding dress.

I needed to get coffee and dog paw stains off my fabric car seats. The steamer dripped a lot of hot water causing their own marks on the fabric. Meanwhile stains were hardly lifted. I know the reviews are good but this didn’t work for my needs.

Wish the switch wasn’t needed to be held down for so long. Not what I expected, but better than I expected.
