Greater than one weekBEWARE I bought this as a Christmas present for my Moms trip during the Spring. Apparently Airlines only allow 62 Linear Inches for Checked In Luggage. All the way up to Checkin we thought everything was fine because the pictures and descriptions for the 28 claim it is 60.3 Linear Inches. My mom had to pay $200 extra because it was too large! We measured it and it really is 63.5 Linear Inches so BEWARE!

Greater than one weekI did a ridiculous amount of looking for a new checked bag since Im a frequent traveler and am hard on equipment (I do a mix of travel for my corporate work and for my other life in motorcycle road racing). I dont love hard-sided luggage but needed to go that route for one of my bags this season, and didnt yet have the budget for a heavy-duty professional hard-sided case. I decided on this one because I liked the idea of a zipperless bag, the internal organization looked helpful, and I liked that it had reinforcement at the bag corners.

> 3 dayThis is a fantastic suitcase. It is attractive and sturdy. The aluminum trim is really cool. The only problem is that this strong beautiful bag has plastic TSA locks on it. Seriously, all that effort to build a great suitcase and then to cheap out and put plastic locks on it... thats not right.

> 3 dayMy wife and I are frequent international travelers, as well as travel agents. Were also advocates of a carry-on only strategy when traveling... especially flying in the current environment of ground and flight staff shortages, lost luggage, and delayed and cancelled flights. We feel much more relaxed and in control when we can keep everything with us. That said, the LUGGEX Hard Shell Carry On is my idea of the perfect rolling carry-on. The size is right for domestic and international flights and its functionally well designed and light weight. However, the number-one factor is, NO ZIPPER!! Online you can find numerous videos showing how a locked zippered suitcase can be opened by anyone with just a ballpoint pen. This suitcase also functions as my personal security vault... for hiding and protecting valuables left in the hotel room. Dont trust those hotel safes. Theyre just easily opened boxes that say, something worth stealing inside!

> 3 dayThis piece is visually appealing and, for the first couple trips, I felt it was a good purchase. But this bag is economically constructed, as the inside zippers are extremely flimsy, the wheels get wobbly, the handle is wobbly and the bag seems to need more pushes and pulls (in the beginning it glided nicely). The latch closures are nice, I’m a once a week traveler, this isn’t for us and not good for world travels, as the wheels have a 20mile guarantee. Two of those miles you’ll walk in the terminal each time you travel.

> 3 dayI just received these, and so far they seem pretty good! Good quality. Doesn’t seem as flimsy as other hard shell luggage sets. Wheels are smooth. I will be traveling with them soon, so I’ll update this review if they don’t hold up.
