Bought in early March 2023 and received the 2 pack with an expiration date of August 2025. We bought the 50 SPF. Its listed on the bottle as cruelty free and vegan. Water resistant 80 minutes. It has a very light scent. Not a perfume or strong scent, just a very light scent. Looking at the ingredients, its probably the aloe. It goes on easy, and doesnt leave a greasy residue. Im not sure how reef safe it actually is, since it has avobenzone 2.7%, homosalate 9.0 %, octocrylene 5.0%, and octisalate 4.0%. With a red head fair skin person, zinc oxide (mineral only) sunscreen hasnt worked as well.

Love the scent of this sunblock lotion. Goes on soft and silky. I use it just as a moisturizer even if I’m not going out in the sun!!

So far this sunscreen has provided me good sun protection and I have not experienced any sunburning whatsoever. However, I did experience minor skin reactions since I noticed whenever I used this sunscreen around my neck area, a few red bumps would form. Though this doesn’t necessarily mean everyone will have the same experience, I would still suggest patch testing before fully using this product.

We LOVE Hawaiian Tropic sunscreen! Some of the other sports or special baby ones etc leave us burnt, red and blister after using them. But this sunscreen is perfect, no burns, unless we dont reapply after being out all day. It smells amazing and not so sunscreen like. Plus it goes on very smoothly, makes your skin feel soft, its very light, not chunky and not thick at all.
