Head and Shoulders Shampoo Old Spice Pure Sport, 21.9 Fl Oz, Twin Pack

Shampoo gives off a nice smell after wash, but it doesnt eliminate my dandruff.

Received through Vine for an honest review. The quality of OLD SPICE and HEAD & SHOULDERS joined together for a great shampoo. Smells just like the PURE SPORT Old Spice deodorant and same texture and color of regular H&S shampoo. Large 21 ounce bottle with flip top closure. (Received twin pack) for a combined total of 42 ounces. It is NOT the 2 in 1 that contains conditioner, just the shampoo if you were curious. Smells great, washes great. Very pleased and happy to recommend! Both are great brands with many years of trust, quality and satisfied customers.

For the price it’s awesome two for one

So I really liked the product, the smell was really great and it definitely helps with the itchy, flaky scalp that can come from super dry weather, sweating, or over washing. The size is a super value for the cost, and the twin pack means I can go twice as long without inevitably running out and needing to emergency reorder. HOWEVER! (cue Izma voice) I received a box, and in the box was a bag, and in the bag was 2 bottles of head and shoulders. One of these bottles had a busted cap and so the entire inner bag was full of bright blue dandruff shampoo. I looked at the bag, debating whether or not to throw the whole thing away because this is going to be a MESS. Because I have a really big problem with waste, I put the whole thing in the tub and opened it, rinsing both bottles off for several minutes. The one cap was completely shattered but the other bottle was totally fine. I just put the open one in the shower and continued to use it and put the unopened bottle in the cabinet for later use. I am hoping that it was a fluke, or a shipping error because the product is reliable and great, at a great price.

This product is, in my opinion, is typical Head and Shoulders shampoo with the addition of an Old Spice scent. Which is to say, its good shampoo. It minimizes flaking while keeping hair clean and manageable. My only real complaint is that it has a weird, goopy consistency, but that is not exclusive to this formulation. Its standard for most of this brand of dandruff shampoo.

If your body chemistry doesn’t mix well with “cool water cologne” then this may not be the scent you want. It’s an older cologne from the 90’s I don’t even know if it is made any longer. This shampoo does work at relieving dandruff. You get a great deal for you money. But again, while it smells nice to some others may not care for this.

Works well on my husbands hair

Does not leave any residue, which I love. The scent is nice. It leaves hair soft but not flyaway. Hair even looks good the following day. It isnt irritating and conditions scalp nicely. Rinses out easily. Helped control mild dandruff in our household. Nice product and a good value.
