This is a great mat for protecting surfaces when using your cricut heat press. So glad I got this!

Works good when using a mini heat press and ironing. Minus one star because mat is not 12x12 it is a little smaller.

If you have a heat press this is a must! I place the mat inside shirt before I press vinyl onto shirt. Prevent issues when shirts have pockets and vinyl adheres better. My only issue is the mat is 11.5 inches square, not 12 inches. I really need a 12 inch square mat. However, the mat is great and I plan to keep using it! I know some people had commented about smell, however mine arrived new and no odors. I have used this mat for over 200 presses and absolutely no issues. After use, I allow the mat to sit out at leat 24 hours before I put away.

LIke it so far I have only used it once but I do like the fact that it works on both sides
