I like the auto shut off feature that you can set time or add time to it. Very nice compared to a different brand that I had before.

The heating pad is very soft. Its the perfect size for me. I dont really care for the timer though, Id rather manually turn it off. Would recommend.

I love the softness of this heating pad vs. the plastic one I replaced it with.

Love the size of it, wish it got a little hotter though. My older heating pad gets much hotter than this but it’s a smaller square size. Love the timer on it as well,

4 stars cause I wish it was a bigger size. Other wise great for aches and pains, which is what I use it for.

I use the heating pad mainly for pain in my lower back and because my back always feels cold. I love all the different choices of time and heat levels. The pad is very flexible and soft making it easy to wrap around my back. The only drawback I have found is that since it is so soft it is a bit slippery making it hard at times to keep it in place. That withstanding, I love it and would buy it again.

Overall this is a good heating pad. The low setting is still very hot but I like the timer

love rolling this up, like a mitten, and putting my arthritic hands in for 30 or s0 minutes of blessed relief, and helps relieve the pain as well, an extra blessing and the plush soft feel is an added bonus.

It’s the tiniest and flimsiest of heating pads. I’m assuming it says the measurements in the description on the page so I won’t dock for that. What I especially hate is the design of the cord. I don’t know why cord can’t go in to the settings box (or whatever you call it) then go out the other end. I hate that both the cord from the heating pad and the power outlet goes into the same hole in the settings box. It’s a clumsy, poor design. Anyways it heats and heats well for such a tiny thing. I might keep this at work and order something that has more coverage and weight for at home.
