I actually like this for the price accept I went to blow up the balloons and I kid you not I think I got high off the first balloon. I should have know better and not even put my mouth on it because you can smell it when you open the package. My husband says it smells like wd40, I even tried to rinse them off but its pretty bad so we threw them out. Its very unsafe to have around children. Im still using the rest of the items though since I bought it but I would recommend another brand.

The milestone banner, cake topper, banners, and balloons made this an unbeatable deal. And the quality was so nice. Im so happy it was pre-strung banners too. Great buy!
