I love this headset! I work from home so my son and husband are around sometimes so I didn’t want them to hear my work conversations. It automatically connects to BOTH my laptop and my cellphone when I turn it on, and it automatically switches to whichever device that Im using. I bought this to replace a Plantronics headset that started having issues. The Plantronics headset cost over $200, but this one works better, and it was less than $40. I seldom take the time to write reviews, but this bluetooth headset it awesome, and I highly recommend it.
