The bag was great for the first 2 weeks. but then the seam on the bottom of the dry bag started to separate and pull apart. I have tried to calling customer service multiple times but guess what, they dont have a warranty and there is no one who will help you. just some random person who answers the phone and says ill take down your information and someone will get back to you. No one ever gets back to you. I have been trying desperately to get help because the bag is exactly what I wanted for my bike commute. it is unfortunate that a company who makes a useful product has such HORRIBLE customer service.

Bought this bag after searching for a long time for something that I could use to carry my business suit home from the gym when I go for a work-out on my way home from work. I love this bag. Its a great design, well made, lightweight and the perfect size. It does a great job of keeping business suits and ties relatively wrinkle free and it also looks good. Just what I was looking for. I would recommend this bag to anyone.

After the first day’s use, the Henty has delivered a relatively un-creased shirt and completely uncreased suit. Shirt is not straight off the rack but close enough as to be fine in a corporate setting. Pretty quick to pack, easy to ride with. Suit came out perfectly, plenty of room for towel and pockets on the outside for wallet and keys etc. The pocket just behind the straps that rests on your back curves so if wanting to carry a laptop would need some sort of stiffness assistance – I’d not pack my surface pro 3 or an ipad in it unless it has some sort of armour – but it actually fits a work laptop (the lennovo thinkpad t430s), so performs the commute bag role well Cons are that the bag rests flat against you so would be pretty warm in summer unless you got some sort of separator in play.... and was pretty expensive at $220 AUD delivered.

Great solution to carrying suits and dress shirts when I dont want to check a bag. Generally gets counted a personal item (like a backpack) since it fits under an airline seat (as long as you dont stuff it full). I use it for short buisness trips and can generally get away with just this bag or this bag and a carry on. Also works great for biking into work if I need to carry a change of clothes that I dont want wrinkled.

This is an amazing carry on suit bag. I think 4 days is the max for this, I just got back from Vegas and had 1 suit, 2 dress shirts, additional casual wear, dress shoes, toiletries and all my chargers. Comes with a few nice accessories like a small accessory bag for cables, etc. I took one star off because at full capacity its very difficult to get a laptop (2015 MBP 15) to fit in the zipper pouch, but it still worked. It would be nice on the next version to have that slot expandable slightly at the edges so the shape of the bag doesnt impact ability to put a laptop in and out of that pouch. Overall very very happy though.

If you have a work commute that takes you through the elements, etc, then this probably is the bag for your needs. However, it is NOT useful for airplane travel exclusively; I would just go with a roller bag for that. Its heavy and awkward because its too big for a personal item; but if you are going for a carry-on size, youre better off with a roller.

I bike 6 miles back and forth to work and I wear suits daily. The bag keeps everything wrinkle free and I still have room for my gym clothes and lunch. And as for water resistance, I got caught in a torrential downpour for about 30 minutes when my bike had a flat. I was soaked, but my clothing and things remained dry in the bag. Will note that even with the airflow at the back, its hard not to get sweaty when you ride with a backpack on.

Holds my clothes without wrinkles and has enough pocket space for the main items I need. My laptop fits in the pocket between the shoulder straps. Its comfortable and well thought out. The reason for five stars is there is no thought of where to put a water bag, I ended up adding a frame based bottle holder but it would have been nice to have a place in the pack.

This fundamentally improved the convenience of my bicycle commute. However, this newer version came with the dry-bag instead of the side-zip bag and did not include the rain cover for the entire pack. I will ride in heavy rain, so I would prefer the full rain cover for my piece of mind when I carry electronics. Also, the dry-bag can be a pretty tight fit for anything other than garments and shoes as it loads from the top; I had other items in mind for the internal bag. I was attracted to the backpack style rather than the messenger style because the location of the padded laptop (very generous size) is between the shoulder straps rather than a slip-style ipad pocket on the rear outside of the bag as it is on the latter. Regardless of the absent rain-cover and the dry-bag, This still gets 5 stars because it is one of the best thought-out products I have ever owned. At $200, I consider the function and convenience to be a bargain.

Ok so I have a mile walk to the train followed by a train then subway to get the gym before work. I used to carry my laptop bag, gym bag, and work clothes on a hanger. It was a nightmare trying to get everything on the train and I would often pay to park at the train station to avoid walking with my clothes exposed to the elements or being dropped, slipping off the hanger, etc. This bag is amazing! rolled up my suit, shoes, toiletry bag, socks, t-shirt, boxers, etc and when I got to the gym 1.5 hours later, my suit was not wrinkled and was ready after the gym without needing to be pressed again. I highly recommend this bag to anyone who commutes and likes to workout before work. It is big enough to get the job done and easy to carry. It does have a laptop sleeve, but have not tried that out yet with my work laptop, it does fit my tablet well. This is a great buy and worth the money!
