I dont know if I got a defective product or not, but the main zipper was very tight, and is hard to open and close, besides that it matches product desciption, but im not satisfied with zipper

Very happy with this product. It is very well made. Strong, high quality materials which should last a very long time. I am more than satisfied. Better than expected. Note: I am not using it as a travel kit but using it as a clutch bag for carrying wallet, checkbook, glasses, etc., therefore, I use it on a daily basis. No sign of wear. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
