Hi-Tech HTP-6 Digital Circuit Breaker Identifier

The product stinks. It only works on some of the circuits.It was a total waste of my money. I only rated it with one star because other wise this would not go through.

I tried to use this but it would not identify the circuit.

It worked as advertised. I would have given a fifth star if I hadnt discovered that it sometimes gives false positives--when the sensor is over an adjacent breaker and not the correct one. I found that running the sensor around the panel a second time gave the correct signal.

I purchased this because the bone headed electrician who wired our home (built in 1976) didnt bother to label the breakers. There are 20 breakers in my main panel and this device found all of them with no errors. It saved a lot of running around the home to find the lights and outlets served by a breaker. I do not know why any others had a problem with it but for me it certainly was well worth the money!

I bought this device a week ago. Ive wanted one for a long time. I am glad i finally got one. It is so easy to use and it works good.

Liked the accuracy of the unit locating circuit breakers in my home. Requires a few seconds of pre-testing to train the unit as to where the electricity (transmission) is located. Works great! Would buy from them again if I needed another unit.

It served the purpose for my use at home and I like the compact size.

Very handy.
