The parts fit perfectly and our pump was working again 30 mins after the repair parts arrived.

All the installation instructions are in a video on you tube it is so easy and no special tools needed. Took me less than 20 mins and saved me $250.

I purchased the full OEM kit late Nov 2018 and expected (rightly/wrongly) the parts to last 5 years, so I was slightly surprised when the diaphragms went out this week. I was tempted to go with 4 stars, but our area of Texas did experience record cold (6 degrees) in Feb 21 and record heat this summer (59 days above 100 degrees), so that may be a factor. I am purchasing OEM diaphragms-only this time...

Saved several hundred dollars by DIY. Pump is working as it should now.

Product works great, was easy to install, shipped in a timely manner.

It is what it is, of course. Just a replacement kit for the dry-rotted diaphragms. And Im extremely happy that I didnt have to purchase a whole new pump. Paying someone else way too much money to fix/replace something thats so simple to repair is always very aggravating. And all you need is a standard Phillips screwdriver. This repair kit has continued to work well on my existing pump. And with this type of item, you get what you pay for. Its my septic system so, the less I have to mess with it the better. Ill pay a few more bucks just to make the problem go away for a long time.

Super easy to change out old parts for the new ones. Works great and I (female) was able to fix the problem all by myself. Repair person wanted $750 to fix it. No thanks, I will research how to fix it myself and save a lot of money. Great product at a reasonable price. Definitely recommend

It was a very simple rebuild with the parts provided.
