We put a pack n’ play in our bedroom and our baby has been sleeping there for a couple months. At first, it was fine for her to sleep on the foldable board that comes with most standard pack n’ plays. However, the middle two pieces started to bow and it affected her sleep as it was uncomfortable to roll around on. She started waking up crying in the night constantly. We received this mattress and almost instantly the multiple-times-a-night wake ups stopped. She seems so comfortable and is able to settle herself back to sleep if she stirs. This mattress saved her sleep and my sanity. My only regret is not getting it sooner. Couple things to note: 1. It comes folded and rolled up tightly in a box. You need to let it “rise” after unpacking it. 2. Make sure the sheets you put on the mattress are not too tight. If they are, the corners of the mattress can be pulled down slightly creating an unsafe dip in those areas. This is avoidable by using sheets that aren’t too tight.

This play yard mattress topper fits nice and flush against the play yard side walls. I have the Graco Infant2Toddler Pack & Play and it fits nice and snug. My toddler son is into pulling up the bottom of the play yard when he’s bored or having a tantrum so this makes it harder for him to pull it up since it fits well with no gaps. I had originally bought the Millard brand truck-fold play yard mattress topper and its not as snug, and so he’s able to pull that one up completely. In fact, this morning when I went to go get him out of his play yard to change him and start the day, the Millard topper was completely folded up on one side of the play yard. There are 2 sides to this topper, the Firm side is for newborn-9 months and the Soft side is for 9 months and up. I suggest also buying a waterproof play yard mattress cover to go over this, only because if your infant or toddler soaks through their diaper then you have to launder the play yard sheet AND the waterproof cover that goes over the hiccapop topper. The hiccapop topper even comes with its own carrying case with double handles, which makes it super easy to package up and for travel! Oh and if you’re looking for a waterproof play yard cover, American Baby Company makes excellent waterproof mattress/play yard covers, AND they fit over the hiccapop topper without any fabric bunching, by the way! ;) Overall this play yard topper was the best purchase for my toddler and I’m even looking to get another one for my little infant son soon!

I am a first time mom, so I was a little nervous about purchasing this for our 5 month old (16lbs). We purchased this to go in her pack ‘n play, which we use as her crib when traveling. I wanted to try it out before we went on vacation... and I am SO GLAD we purchased this! We put it in her crib to test it out (along with some super soft, stretchy, jersey pack ‘n play sheets) and she loves it! We have her on the “infant-firm” side. It is definitely more firm than the other, softer side, but it still has the comfy give of a memory foam mattress. Not only is it super comfy for her, but when she rolls onto her tummy, she can still push her head and upper body up. She doesn’t sink into the mattress to the point where I am even remotely concerned for her safety. This is definitely a win for baby and me! Since putting this in her crib to test it, she has gone from waking every 90 minutes to sleeping for 4-6 hours at night! When she wakes up, she is able to soothe herself back to sleep because the mattress absorbs her movement, instead of jiggling all around when she moves her legs or arms. I have no doubt that she will sleep great on this when traveling! If you are on the fence about this, I suggest you take a leap and buy it! From a new momma who worries about EVERYTHING, this is one less thing for me to worry about, and I am so happy I purchased this!!

Went for the first trip to the in-laws after having the baby, he had been sleeping great at home in his crib. First night there sleeping in the pack n play...we were up and down all night with the baby. Next night...same thing..and the next. After this experience I was determined to not repeat this mistake. After reading hundreds of reviews and comparing multiple products I landed on the hiccapop brand. This has been one of the best purchases on Amazon I have made in the past year. Baby sleeps wonderfully for naps AND overnight! The mattresses that come with the pack n plays are just not suitable for (sound) sleeping, especially for babies. We have a Graco pack and play and it fits perfectly without any gaps. The infant side is firm but comfortable and the material of the removable cover feels high quality and spot cleans easily. I also bought one for my mom who watches 3 of her grandchildren during the week and she was amazed at how much better they sleep! Product registration was also a breeze. This is a great product and worth the money! Stop searching for your mattress and get this one.

This mattress was great! The only reason it’s not a 5 star for me was because it doesn’t fold up for travel which means it takes up a good amount of space!

We had the original mattress that was purchased for the crib and also fit the playpen from this company. This company no longer sells the good mattress that fit bot. Only sells the super thin mattress that fits the playpen. Was disappointed with thickness. They need to go back to the thick mattress they use to sell.

***Update**** I am so glad I made this purchase, if your debating on getting a mattress for your Graco pack and play buy it!!! My granddaughter Rests so much better now that she is laying on this not the hard mattress the P-N-P comes with… she now gets a long morning and afternoon nap in when she’s at grandma house. No more tossing and turning.. she is about 9months old and I have her on the 0-9 month side Arrived in less then 24 hrs in great condition and deflated perfectly and fast! It feels great what a difference from the hard block that was considered the pack and play mattress and I look forward to seeing how my Granddaughter sleeps in it tomorrow. Will update again! So far very glad I went with the hiccapop play yard mattress ..

Its comfortable easy to clean and mg grandson enjoy playing and napping.

We got ours about a year ago for my LO who was about 8 months old at the time. We went on vacation and the firm bottom to the pack and play was just too hard. It came at just the right time (3 days before we left for vaca) and it was the perfect fit! We used the firm side then, but with them being almost 2 now, we use the soft side. She has certainly outgrown the pack and play, but it serves as a great cot when we have to travel and the only place for her to sleep is close to the floor. Easy to maneuver and takes up just the right amount of space. It has been a blessing to us and I would definitely recommend.
