I have purchased both 16 and 14 Guage MAXBrite Speaker wire. Thoroughly Pleased with the quality, and construction as True Copper wire, not a copper blend. INHO, This is the Only way to Go for the Quality you receive the Buck!. For my longer runs I have used the 14 Guage (it is thicker than 16 Gauge - remember the gauge is reverse of the lower to higher gauges). Sound delivery is impeccable. Highly Recommended product for your Stereo Speakers.

I received this speaker wire about a week ago. The first thing I notice was that the box was pretty beat up when it arrived. When I opened the package I saw that one side of the spool was broken. Pieces of plastic had broken off during shipping. That said, the speaker wire was intact and I was able to use it. The wire itself seems quite durable and I have had no issues with it since hooking up my speakers.
