HiLetgo 1PC ESP8266 NodeMCU CP2102 ESP-12E Development Board Open Source Serial Module Works Great for Arduino IDE/Micropython (Small)

Received this 3 pack and the first one out of the package wouldn’t connect to my WiFi. I messed with my code thinking it was something a coded wrong. After a day of messing with my code and googling everything I tried another board and it connected right away. Clearly a quality issue.

I love these things. Only downside is my old arduino nano boards havent had much attention the last few months. Ive ordered several of this exact product, and each one was packed and shipped well, and had no issues. Lots of great documentation and project ideas easily available online. I will defiantly be ordering more.

Works great right out of the box and great buying experience

Simple setup, no issues uploading from the Arduino IDE (OTA works too). I have one of these connected to an AM2302, sending the sensor data to ThingSpeak IoT service (free), and getting the API data on widgets and alerts on my phone. (Greenhouse Environment Monitoring) Note: you will have to pay attention to board pinout diagrams, as the identifiers on the PCB are not the same as what is needed for GPIO. Also, there arent many GPIO pins and most of them have multiple uses and I think theres only (1) analog pin. Overall, this was a surprisingly good purchase (Ive had issues with other wifi enabled boards) and plan on ordering a few additional dev boards for a more complex network of sensors and controls.

Serial connection does NOT work. Tried all possible baud rates. At any speed returns garbage on reset. Definitely was not tested before shipping. There is a blue LED blinking on board but thats all I can get. Seller is abusing the confidence of buyers by selling untested, not working boards.

My go to esp rig. Ive tried the bare esp 8266 chips and had no success trying to solder them to various rigs. This is such a time saver as it has all the stuff I would have spent time rigging up already integrated.

Delivery was quick and came in perfect condition. Came packaged in static proof bag pins were fine labels were fine worked flawlessly. Excellent quality product. Got myself into coding now Im building stuff with esp8266.

Good manufacture ,exelent electronic components work fine.

I had a minor issue with the voltage regulator, but I was able to fix it myself. On top of that seller requested to send me a replacement free of charge.
