They are very hard to understand if you are not a techie. I tried You tube tutorial and was still lost afterwards. These are not easy to use if you are not a techie or under 40 years old.

The product did work on my HP 17 Labtop running windows 11..Didnt fix my load problem...No customer support number to call for help..need refund. .

Tech support responds fairly quick. Unless you are a Tech and depending on your problem that your trying to fix it can be confusing on how to fix your problem. No real directions on how to use the software. But overall its worth having.

My laptop kept on showing me an error message and it would reboot just to turn on to the same error message. I looked around my area for a tech and it was a least $80 to check my computer. I bought this for $20 and received this product within a day! I followed the instructions and plugged in the USB drive first, waited about 7 min. It showed me Hirens Window 10, took off the USB drive, shut off my computer and I insterd the CD, followed the instructions once more and within 5 min I was able to recover my files and everything else!!!! I am so grateful I found this product, saved me SOME $$$

It did not completely work to Reset my main log in password. It was able to reset the guess users pw but not the main one to log in. No Support or Customer Service information provided at all. I had to use the Windows Reset to Factory mode and sacrifice personal data loss. Unfortunately, it didnt work for what I needed it for but there are other features/tools to this software that I might need in the near future.

Hirens Boot / Repair suite is worth every penny ! Easy to fix / repair issues ! Great Investment !
