I liked that it came with the connectors I needed to connect two cables together.

We used them yesterday to install our new Night Owl security camera system. The placement of some of the cameras allowed us to use the cords that were included with the system and the picture quality on those is fantastic. However three of the cameras required a longer cable so we used these. The picture quality on the ones using these cords is poor, there are wavy lines through the video feed. After spending half the day installing the system, Im not in a big hurry to have to re-run 300 feet of wire, but at some point I will be replacing these as the difference in the video feed is quite annoying.

Needed long wires for my Night Owl System and these did the trick - no complaints. Good quality wires, picture is great and had installed for a while now - ZERO issues. Good product for the money, best option - they have little stickers at the end (to the DVR or to the camera) - sounds stupid, but a life saver if your hooking up 8 cameras after a long day...

We purchased this kit as an extension for our existing Defender 4K wired camera system (16 camera set). Per the Defender website, there are two types of wire models - model A (currently sold out) and model B. We (of course) need the sold out model A version. We decided to try these wires since they appeared to be universal. However, the picture quality wasnt great (just ok) and had constant lines running through the image (like it was getting a bad connection even though everything was hooked up properly). The included connectors worked fine - it was the wire itself that wasn’t great. We are returning this kit as it doesn’t suit our needs or work as expected.
