I was originally looking to buying a Razer Huntsman Mini for a 60% gaming keyboard with their 1.0mm actuation point optical switches. I saw some reviews demonstrating Razers switches sound terrible because they added a loose per key stabilizer. Then I realized this GK61 has everything the Huntsman Mini can provide without the rattly stabilizers and its literally half the cost. Go with the Silver or Yellow Gateron Optical Switch for that same 1.0 mm actuation point. Note: the speed of Optical vs Mechanical keyboard switches is likely too tiny to make a difference in gaming but the higher actuation point (1.0mm vs 2.0mm for most mechanical switches) does definitely make a difference. Highly recommended keyboard from this gamer.

Good skyboard just not water proof and now it doesn’t work for some reason

Very nice keyboard and still working and going strong after 1 year. And the cable it comes with is very long lasting still using the same one it came with and no visible wear or tear on the cable. I also like how it is very customizable to your likings. The stabilizers are pretty bad not the worst youll get used to how it feels at some point. Its price point is good and fairly cheap considering how good this keyboard is and customizable it is. To sum it all up it is very much worth the $60 price point since it is a good keyboard very customizable although I might be missing other stuff other than that amazing keyboard and still working perfectly fine 1 year later would recommend to anybody looking for a mechanical keyboard.

This is the first 60% keyboard I ever had, therefore, I cant compare it to a Good one. That being said, I think it works great! I absolutely love it. I only wish it had software to control the LED in your computer, maybe be able to link it to Razer/Mystic light, etc.. You still have control of the LEDs and they work great! It is more of a preference for me.

This keyboard is alright, I guess a semi alternative version of the huntsman mini if you want something close to being as responsive as it, it didn’t live up to the standards I got put in my head after hearing reviews on responsiveness. Also, The Cheap keycaps hitting the plastic board is flat out annoying, but eh it is what it is and just like with all keyboards you can lube the switches and sound dampen it for better sound after all of that it is so bad after all. I just wouldn’t recommend maining this keyboard when there’s way for potential out there

This keyboard is highly recommended, its a great keyboard in terms of responsiveness and Build quality, while also being hot swappable. One thing I disliked about this keyboard however is the malfunctioning of led on the home row and a failed led on the d key.

I bought a blue and a red keyboard (both silent brown), and this is the first time Ive not had to sacrifice quality for out-of-the-box design. I also like the range of backlight color, because I like to lower the intensity but still have them. I also like the smooth keycaps because they dont suck up crud as much. I prefer keyboards without any tray for crud to build up in, which this does have--although I like that the switches are raised a bit so the crud doesnt get into them. Still requires popping all the keys off to get into the corners. Id prefer the arrow keys werent hidden behind the FN key, and if there was a 68 key version with dedicated arrow, del, home, and pg up/down, Id be in heaven. I didnt mess with the included software and just used an opensource program to change some keys I didnt like. One of the best buys Ive made in a while when it comes to computers. I rarely leave reviews, but these are solid and perfectly priced.

When I got it, it worked great, but I wanted to change the LED lighting. I went to the manufacturers website and downloaded the software. I started it up and it told me it needed updating, so I clicked update. The program crashed and the keyboard went black. I unplugged it and plugged it in again and the keyboard came back to life. I stated the program again and it told me the same thing. I went back to the website from the manufacturer and it had an updated firmware download. I downloaded that and ran the program again. Now, the keyboard is basically a black brick and nothing I can find to fix it helps. The manufacturers say to take it up with the seller. They are very unhelpful. I am sending it back for a replacement and this is not Amazons fault. Its a great keyboard, but dont trust the manufacturers website.
