HOLMES 16 Stand Fan With Remote Control, Black

Super heavy duty. If it had a remote it would be perfect.

Purchased March 2020 and died May 2022. Motor burnt out. Was used daily pretty much all the time year round.

This is a used product with visible scratches. The repackaging was also poorly done.

Doesn’t look cheap and seems sturdy. Working great so far. Noisy as any other fan out there, but more powerful than most. The design and look is exactly what we wanted

Was delayed in the mail almost a week. Most importantly we had to use the drill to make the hole wider on the blade so it would fit properly onto the fan in order to screw into place. The hole was way too small and wouldn’t slide on all the way. Very inconvenient and not made correctly. I can see why this fan was cheaper than all the others I was browsing. Also shorter than I expected. Much shorter than other fans we have in the house. Will do as an extra fan in the house this summer but wouldn’t purchase again.

The style fit well in our bedroom.

It Was really easy to assemble, it’s a little loud but you get use to it after sleeping with it for a while had a hiccup with the shipping but amazon replaced it all in all it’s a great fan

I bought this fan in May 2017 at Target for $60 and it did take some time to assemble it but it was worth the money and time cause it’s a very good quality fan. It is very sturdy since the motor does not burn out and the stand and the grill cover don’t not come off easily after having those problems with my plastic fans in the past that’s why I switched to this and there’s no going back. 4 years later still running like new and I have had no problems with this fan. :) Best fan and purchase ever!!!!

This is the second of these fans I have bought. The first one burned out after over a year of almost continual use. Nothing against the fan for that, I did not clean it often enough. This construction of this fan seems to be different. The bolt that connects this fans base to the tower tube stripped out the nut in the base the first time I tightened it. The tower then flopped around uselessly. The tube that connects the tower to the base should have a longer collar inside of the base. Luckily I had not thrown out the old fan and I swapped out the tower tube, everything works correctly now. The construction is solid on the fan body but the bolts used to attach the motor cover to the motor is a special bolt head Ive never seen, you need a triangular shaped bit to open it up, that stopped me from being able to clean out the motor.

Some of the other reviews noted that the fan is hard to assemble and too loud. I dont think either is an issue.
