I ordered 2 racks and they are very nice looking, however one of them did not have one of the hooks attached. It didnt look like it had fallen off. Its very sturdy and the other hooks could not come off. I think it was never put on to begin with and they just packaged it that way. The box was not damaged.

I like this product very much it is not only pretty with the crystal knobs but very sturdy. I have two one in my bedroom and one in my bath. The bright lights in my bath make the crystal sparkle.

Seems sturdy and durable for my needs… just installed in my tiny bathroom… love the added bling… hopefully will not tarnish…

Its pretty and holds my towels and other items securely. I was tired of having the towels hanging on towel racks. Seems like they are always breaking off the wall. Heavy handed? Maybe. Poor attachments? Best just to get them off the wall in my case.
