It is ok and functional. However, the rubber gasket has runs all over the metal mesh. The gasket still seals the filter box, but the rubber gasket flash results in gobs of excess rubber gasket that makes you wonder how it could get pass QA and ended up at the hands of the consumer.

Used this as part of a tune up on a GCV160 powered Troybuilt push mower. No issues! This filter should be just fine on a plethora of Honda engines. It is indeed a honda oem filter as well.

Fit better than off brand I replaced with last time. Rubber gasket was more supple and probably creating a better seal.

Make sure you get the GENUINE HONDA filter! I couldnt get my cover to snap on with this filter. Had to return it and order the genuine honda

My Honda mower is the best purchase I have ever made. I only buy Honda parts for it and cant get them out here on the lone prairie. Thank goodness I can buy them online and get what I want and need.
