I did not like that the solution came out from the sides. It had a tendency to just roll down the sides of what you were cleaning. Also, since most sofas have Scotch Guard it was difficult to get the water to clean.

I got this because we got a puppy. It works very well in my opinion. Very good suction and easy to use, lightweight. The hose split near the nozzle so I called Amazon. It had passed the 3 month return window even though I had only used it 3 times. Amazon offered to replace it anyway but I just wanted to replace the hose. The gave me the number to the hoover folks and after sending them proof of purchase as well as photos they said they cant just get a replacement hose. They replaced to whole thing. All in all the process was a bit of a hassle and in hindsight I wish I had taken the return from Amazon. I just thought all I needed was the hose but didnt know they dont just replace hoses.

We got us a car that was used and very dirty, this machine combined with a very good car upholstery cleaner got the dirt out of seats and carpets in no time. The Hoover comes with a large brush for bigger areas and you can get a lot cleaned with a couple of swoops back and forth. We also liked the small brush to get into seat corners and tight areas. The amount of dirty water coming out of those seats was disgusting, but Im glad we got such a powerful tool for the job. I didnt know the car seats had a pattern, now it does show up! We havent used it inside the house for carpet stains, but if it can get the a very dirty car clean, Im not worried much about carpet and couches.

I bought the vacuum due to accidents (#2) we were having with a new dog on carpet. The vacuum is doing a great job - I was surprised and impressed with how powerful the vacuum is. It’s lightweight and very easy to use and clean. I’ve used it about 10 times now. The size is perfect - well designed. I’ll be using to shampoo car seats soon. Also used it on a couch. Great results.
