Purchased three color cartridges (cyan, magenta and yellow) for my Office jet pro. 8600 plus. Replaced the old with the new. Printer locked up, didnt accept the new telling me I had everything from ink supply problems , paper jam problems to the printer head wasnt connected. After two days of doing everything the printer, the HP smart app. and the HP Windows 10 customer support suggested I returned these to Amazon. I then removed your the printer head and reinstalled it along with the old cartridges. Purchased new cartridges from a local store and was back in business.

Purchased end of may this year. Have printed twice, black and white copies. Now my machine states that Magenta is out. These cartridges are such a ripoff, it averages out to be like $60. Per page. My machine takes 4 different color cartridges and will not run with one empty. Not gonna buy another hp, ever. Edited: just looked at the cartridge and warranty expired march of 2018, 2 full months before I ordered it. Guess I will purchase elsewhere from now on.

This was either used as the tape over ink jet was gone and tape on top was not there there also was no label on the cartridge. And Didnt work...Am returning.

I have tried other alternatives, but had to return to Genuine HPBrand. It never fails to give excellent professional prints.
