I had bought my 1st HP chromebook 14 back in 2015 and since that one was phased out pretty much, looked into getting a more updated model, does everything faster and the most biggest con the 2015 version I had was it was not FHD which is a must have quality for me. Back then I was new to buying c-books but now im more experienced, all in in this was a very great buy and the shipping was quick ,surprise!

My home office! Every item (including the rug) was purchased from Amazon and delivered on time during a snow storm. The chrome book is not touch screen but super lightweight, affordable and gets the job done. Thanks Jeff B. take all my money.

I love this laptop Im using it now as Im writing my review on it now it is nice & soft & pretty & I enjoy it I use it everyday & every night 24/7. My husband said said he that the laptop get more love then he does so u know its a good laptop I order my sister & niece one too in different colors it gets five stars from me.

Did not like Chromebook operating system. Going to return and have already ordered a HP with Windows 10 OS.

Love this laptop except it drops the wi fi signal more than I would like even though the signal is strong. Beyaind that, its badass.

My first Chromebook, very good experience, the processor is N4020 instead of N4000 that mention in description. Well, thats totally not the problem, just got a free upgrade.

Cheezy quality. Screen is ok. Keyboard is very very bad. Charge is decent.
