My husband purchased this laptop for me after my old laptop, which I had for almost 7 years, went out on me. He purchased this in April and I started having issues with it a few weeks ago. Took it to my brother who is a programmer and he said that the pc randomly shutting down on me, the laptop taking forever to load anything (which he did a speed test on and said the internet was fine), the screen shorting out and blinking on me was the PC failing on me. After 6 months. SIX MONTHS! I only use this laptop for work if Im home, which isnt often. Ive used it probably two-3 times a week for a few hours since I got it. I do not recommend this product at all.

I will never buy electronics from third party vendors with Amazon. If the product was not what you were looking for and you have to return, they will charge you a re-stocking fee. What a ripoff! I received this laptop and opened it. The screen was too small and it felt so lightweight. I knew I wanted to return. The packaging wasnt exactly place back in box like it came, but no items were missing. That should not equate to charging people $100 to re package when the laptop costs $500 bucks. That is 20% of the price. I am so glad that Amazon was nice enough to refund me the $100. I honestly felt ripped off. I spend thousands of dollars on Amazon, so this was an item that just didnt work out, but to charge me $100 for a return. Really?! Never again.

I loved everything about this laptop, including the size of the screen. 100% recommend.

I am pleased in general with this device. Windows 10 is taking some time to get used to. I own an older I-Mac and have an office desktop running Windows 8. I am having difficulty connecting to either of my printers (an older HP Deskjet, and a brand new Xerox) I am still working with tech support to solve the problem. I do not use this device for playing games.

The picture shows black keyboard with white letters but what I received was silver with gray letter. VERY hard to see if the light is not bright!

I have had this laptop for a little more than a year and a half now-plenty of time to decide that its a great laptop. I am a huge fan of Mac/Apple products-I have iPhone, iPad, Mac desktop. To clarify, I was looking for a knock around, cheap laptop that I wouldnt be too upset about if I dropped it or, God forbid, lost it after paying Apple/Mac prices. I was also looking for one that also had a numeric key pad. Bingo! THIS was it! And its perfect for doing what I need to do when traveling. Easy enough to slide into my (large) purse, not too terribly heavy, security seems solid, I can handle emails, bill paying, research AND its great for movies!!!! I doubt that this would be the go to laptop for gamers and techno geeks, but for the everyday user, like me, its perfect.

Satisfied purchase! I have nothing negative to say about this product.

I love the size of this computer and the keyboard, but that is about it. The screen quality is awful. There is no definition of line when you are working on a document,, unable to see what you are highlighting, The use of excel is useless on this computer. I needed this computer for school and it is not going to work. Very disappointed. Will not be buying a computer online again.
